Signature & Quick Tastings
Signature 5-Varietal Tasting
- Price: $25 per person
- Time: Please allow a minimum of 1.5 hours.
- Details: Join us for an in-depth journey! This tasting follows the path of the grape from the vineyard to the cellar, allowing you to sample five of our signature varietals either amongst the barrels and tanks or outside on the patio.
4-Varietal Barn Tasting
- Price: $15 per person
- Time: Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes.
- Details: Looking for a quick, light option? This tasting is perfect, featuring one white, two rosés, and one red wine, all part of our popular Barn series.
Three Brand Tasting
- Price: $10 per person
- Details: Perfect for those in a hurry! This quick, 3-varietal flight showcases one wine from each of our brands: a varietal from our Barn Series, one from Truckee River Winery, and one from 174 Winery. It includes one white, one rosé, and one red.
Immersive Experiences
(Note: All immersive experiences require a 24-hour advance reservation)
Doe/Stag Tablescapes
- Price: $30 per person (gratuity added at checkout)
- Details: Celebrate in style with our hosted in-house package in a private or semi-private winery space.
Package Highlights:
- Styled Setup: Includes a tablecloth, runner, candles, and a special VIP head chair for the guest of honor.
- Drinks & Gifts: 1 complimentary welcome bottle of wine, souvenir wine glasses, and a special wine-related favor for every guest.
- Group Photo Op: Staff-assisted photo session using your group's phones (up to 20 minutes).
Key Details: Booking is required for the entire group. Seating is primarily outdoors under sun shades. Fire pits, pop-up tents, indoor options, or refunds are available for inclement weather.
Tahoe Elevated Winemaker Experience
- Price: $125 per person (inclusive)
- Details: Truckee River Winery and Tahoe Elevated Picnics have partnered to create a truly bespoke outing.
Package Highlights: Curated 6-varietal tasting, gourmet cheese and charcuterie board, private tour with one of our winemakers, and a souvenir wine glass to take home.
Key Details:
- Summer Season: Available Wednesday–Sunday for 3 hours. Accommodates 1–20 people outside in the garden, or up to 8 people for indoor reservations.
- Winter Season: Available Thursday–Sunday for 3 hours. Limited to 8 people per reservation to ensure indoor accommodation, weather permitting.
Tahoe Elevated Winemaker Bubble Yurt Experience
- Price: $156 per person (inclusive)
- Details: Don't let the snow stop you! This memorable winter experience is held inside a heated, insulated 12x12 bubble yurt right on the snow.
Package Highlights: Curated 6-varietal tasting, gourmet cheese and charcuterie board, private tour with one of our winemakers, and a souvenir wine glass to take home.
Key Details: Available in the Winter season only, Thursday–Sunday for 3 hours. Strictly limited to 2–8 people per yurt.
Winter Wonderland Paired Tastings
- Price: $65.50 per person (inclusive)
- Details: Snuggle up by the fire to relax, make lasting memories with friends and family, and enjoy a curated tasting of Truckee Family wines.
Package Highlights: Curated wine tasting (tasting fees are refunded with a wine purchase!), roasted marshmallows, and artisanal treats.
Key Details: Available during the Holiday season only (December 4th to January 4th) for 2 hours.

Essential Visitor Information
Group Size & Booking
Family Friendly: We are a family-friendly venue for individual groups (we do not host children's parties or similar large group events).
Guest Count: Please include everyone in your party (adults, children, and non-drinkers) when booking your group size.
Groups of 6 or More: If your party size is 6 people or more (adults and children), please use our dedicated large group reservation request area, or call us directly at 530-587-4626 for assistance.
Food & Refreshments
Beverages & Snacks: We offer wine, water, and new adult-styled non-alcoholic beverages for purchase, along with contained, pre-packaged light appetizers.
Outside Food: Picnics are welcome! If you bring outside food, please ensure all items are self-contained and ready-to-eat. You may also bring in non-alcoholic beverages. We simply ask that you pack away all refuse when you leave to help us keep the property pristine.
Seating & Property Guidelines
Indoor Seating: Limited indoor seating in the Barrel Room is now available. Please make a note during booking if this is your preferred seating area.
Dog Policy: Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash and well-behaved at all times. Please note that we have roaming chickens on the property.
Non-Smoking/Vaping Facility: Truckee River Winery and all manicured grounds are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping facilities. Smoking or vaping on the property at any time may result in a request to vacate.
Private Property Policy: Musical instruments, portable speakers, decorations, inflatables, props, and similar items must be pre-approved by our event coordinator and must NEVER disrupt other guests.
