Membership Terms & Agreement:
Age Requirement: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult who is 21 or older.
Billing & Shipping: I authorize my credit card to be billed for shipments, applicable sales tax, and shipping/handling. Shipping charges vary by quantity and method. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Membership Commitment: I agree to a minimum of four shipments. Canceling before these four shipments have been received will result in a $75 early cancellation fee.
How to Cancel: I understand I may cancel my membership at any time (subject to the terms above) by visiting the "My Account" section on our websites (www.truckeefamilywines.com, www.174.wine, or www.truckeeriverwinery.com), emailing wineclub@truckeefamilywines.com, or calling Truckee River Winery at 530-587-4626 or 174 Winery at 530-587-2588.
