A. Winery Table Reservation
Barrel Room, patio table reservations at Truckee River Winery. It's a winter wonderland at TRW, enjoy a glass of wine fireside on our petite patios or inside amongst the barrels. Both indoor and outdoor seating is limited at this boutique Sierra Winery, so reservations are highly recommended. 4 varietal, 6 varietal, by the glass and by the bottle purchases can be made onsite during your 2 hour reservation. Outside picnic items may be brought in, but must be self contained and ready to eat. No outside drinks are allowed. C. Truckee Welcome Summer Open House
On Sunday June 2nd, enjoy an afternoon of fun, sun and wine at Truckee River Winery's Open House for wine club members and their guests. A 5 varietal tasting, cheese and charcuterie by the Board Truckee and light appetizers will be provided.
D. Tahoe Elevated Winter Bubble Experience
Winter doesn’t stop us from providing a one-of-a-kind picnic experience! Enjoy a memorable TEP picnic within a 12x12 insulated bubble yurt. Truckee River Winery has paired with Tahoe Elevated Picnics to offer a fun, luxurious and tasty winter wonderland style tasting experience. 6 varietal curated tasting and tour with one of Truckee River Winery's winemaker, complete with a cheese and charcuterie board. Guests may take home a souvenir wine glass to remember their experience! *Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure all aspects of the experience can be accommodated. This Winter picnic special is available for 4-8 guests, Thursday-Sunday (weather dependent.)
E. Tahoe Elevated Picnic Experience
Enjoy a memorable elevated picnic experience inside our winery amongst a fireplace and barrels, or outside at a fireside lounge amongst the snow. Truckee River Winery has paired with Tahoe Elevated Picnics to create a truly one of a kind experience. Spring offering is currently 1-6 person inside/outdoor options. Groups 6-12 people will be outside on our patios with firepits and/or tenting as needed. *Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure all aspects of the experience can be accommodated.

Our lightweight, durable and customizable Adventure Backpacks are ready for your next Tahoe/Truckee endeavor. Each backpack comes with a waterproof blanket, premium picnic accessories and an insulated cooling compartment keeping perishables cold & fresh for hours. Pick up this great backpack set up for 4 people, and enjoy an evening of wine, charcuterie and elevated picnic fun at Music in the Park, Music by the Meadow, Music on the Beach, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival or more. The backpack, food and wine are all in approved reusable packaging for all Truckee/Tahoe outdoor events, park experiences and more.
Large Group Reservation Request

Once your request has completed our event coordinator will be in touch to confirm details and discuss policies.
